Overview
Road freight across the GCC is fast and economical when the paperwork is right, and expensive when it is not. A truck held at a land border is costing money in demurrage, driver hours and a delivery slot at the other end that will not be there tomorrow.
We run cross-border movements with the customs work prepared before the vehicle leaves. Manifests, permits and transit documentation are filed ahead, so the truck arrives at the crossing with everything already in order.
Capabilities
Owned fleet and vetted partner capacity across the Gulf road network.
Dedicated vehicle from collection to delivery, with no intermediate handling.
Consolidated groupage on scheduled GCC departures for smaller consignments.
Manifests, permits and transit declarations filed before the vehicle reaches the crossing.
Reefer trailers with monitored set points for chilled and frozen cargo.
Open-deck equipment for machinery, steel and oversized loads with permits arranged.
Multi-drop delivery runs within the UAE against fixed schedules.
“A truck stopped at a border is not a transport problem. It is a paperwork problem.”

How It Works
From collection booking to signed proof of delivery.
Equipment is assigned against your cargo profile, weight and delivery window.
Cargo is collected, secured and photographed at load, with the manifest raised.
Transit and import declarations are filed ahead of arrival at the crossing.
Vehicle position and border status are updated against your reference.
Cargo is delivered and signed proof of delivery filed to the same reference.
Key Benefits
Capacity we control rather than brokered out at short notice.
Documentation prepared ahead, so crossings do not become delays.
FTL, LTL, reefer and open deck from the same operations desk.
Often faster door to door than short-sea for regional cargo.
Vehicle and border milestones on your own reference number.
One party responsible for the vehicle and the customs file.
Industries Served
The handling, packing and documentation change with the sector. The accountability does not.
Questions
If yours is not here, the operations desk will answer it directly rather than sending a brochure.
Driving time is roughly 16 to 20 hours, but plan on two to three days door to door once collection, the border crossing and delivery slots are included. The variable is almost always the border, which is why we file documentation before the vehicle departs.
Get Started
Send us the origin, destination and cargo details. An operations coordinator will come back with a costed routing option — not a form acknowledgement.
