Who We Are

One network. Every journey.

ApexMax Logistics & Transportation L.L.C. was built around a single observation: most freight problems are not transport problems. Cargo rarely fails in transit. It fails in the gaps — between the forwarder and the broker, between the broker and the trucking company, between the warehouse and whoever was supposed to book the final delivery.

Every one of those handoffs is a place where a shipment quietly stops moving and nobody owns the delay. The client finds out days later, usually from their own customer.

So we built the company to remove the gaps rather than manage them. Air, ocean and road freight, licensed customs brokerage, bonded warehousing and a fleet of over 240 owned vehicles all sit under one operations desk in Dubai. A shipment keeps the same reference number and the same coordinator from collection to signed proof of delivery.

How We Work

Four things we hold to.

Not values in the poster sense. These are the operating rules that decide how a shipment gets handled when something goes wrong.

01

Accountability

One named coordinator holds your file end to end. When something goes wrong there is no question about whose problem it is, because it is ours.

02

Straight answers

If a lane is not one we run well, we say so. A costed routing you can trust is worth more than a quote we cannot deliver against.

03

Preparation over reaction

Declarations filed before arrival, route surveys before commitment, permits confirmed rather than applied for. Most delays are avoidable earlier than people think.

04

Owned capacity

We run our own fleet, warehousing and brokerage licence. Committing to a schedule means committing something we actually control.

Our Growth

How the company took shape.

Each stage closed a handoff that was costing clients time. That is the whole logic of how we grew.

  1. Foundation

    Established in Dubai

Founded as a freight forwarder operating out of Al Quoz, with customs brokerage brought in house from the start rather than subcontracted.

  2. Expansion

    Fleet and warehousing added

Owned vehicles and bonded storage brought the first and last legs under direct control, closing the two handoffs that caused most delays.

  3. Regional

    Kuwait office opened

A second office on the busiest road corridor, working the same shipment references as Dubai rather than operating as a separate agent.

  4. Today

    A network across 100+ countries

Direct agent relationships on the lanes our clients actually ship, with over 1,000 locations reachable through one operations file.

What Sets Us Apart

Three structural differences.

Not service promises — the three things about how the company is built that change what actually happens to your cargo.

01

Freight, customs and fleet in one company

Not a forwarder that partners with a broker that partners with a haulier. The same team is answerable for every stage.

02

Dubai as an operating base, not just an address

Deepwater port capacity and two cargo airports in one metropolitan area, so cargo switches modes without an inland leg.

03

A coordinator you can reach

Named contact per account, reachable outside office hours when a shipment needs a decision rather than a ticket.

Leadership

The desks behind your shipment.

Four functions, each with a named owner. When your coordinator escalates something, this is who it reaches.

Leadership

Managing Director

Overall responsibility for the network, carrier relationships and the commercial terms clients are quoted against.

Operations

Head of Operations

Runs the desk that holds every shipment file, including the out-of-hours cover for cargo already in transit.

Brokerage

Customs Manager

Licensed brokerage, classification and duty management across UAE sea, air and land entry points.

Transportation

Fleet Manager

Vehicle assignment, route planning and cross-border compliance for the owned fleet and GCC corridors.
